£100 installer cash back in addition to customers grant funding
All vouchers issued after 1st January 2011 will be eligible for a £100 installer cash back in addition to the customers grant funding. Payment will be issued as one cheque, sent to the installer in their company name. The installer can then keep the £100 cash back for themselves and pass the remaining grant funding on to the customer.

New funding figures come in to effect as of 1st January 2011. To ensure your quotes are accurate please check the level of funding in our funding table.
Boilers eligible for fuel switching funding
From 1st January 2011 any Alpha, Baxi, Glow worm, Grant UK, Ideal, Potterton, Sime, Vaillant, Vokera or Worcester Bosch A-rated boiler with an efficiency of 90% or more purchased at Plumb Center is eligible for the fuel switch funding.
A1 moves into the Carbon Emission Reduction Target (CERT)
CERT is the government initiative to encourage householders to reduce their energy consumption and lower their carbon emissions. It is set to run from April 2008- December 2012, replacing the Energy Efficiency Commitment (EEC) which has funded A1 since April 2003.
The main emphasis of CERT is to promote ways in which householders can reduce their carbon footprint and their fuel bills. With greater public awareness more and more people are looking for ways in which to minimise their footprint.
A1 Low Carbon Solutions aims to provide ways in which you will be best equipped to help your customers achieve as carbon friendly a solution to their heating requirements.
As part of this transition, we will require all installers to sign and return by post or fax the Terms and Conditions of the scheme which can be found on the downloads page in the installer log in area.
The funding provided by npower’s A1 LCS is not available in conjunction with any funding from another energy supplier or government programme including grants awarded through Warm Front.
